What you need
Kiosk, waiter, cashier and kitchen screens all need a connection. Keep a mobile hotspot as backup.

Questions
Can KalasOS charge a bill to a guest's room?
No. KalasOS does not connect to hotel property management systems. Staff record payment as cash or QR, or a split of both.
Can I run several outlets?
Yes. Each outlet is a location with its own tables, VAT and service charge, kiosk setting and reports. Growth covers up to 3 locations; Premium is unlimited.
Can the kitchen and bar have separate screens?
Yes. Assign menu items to stations such as Kitchen and Bar. Each station gets its own column on the kitchen display, and tickets print per station.
Can a large table pay separately?
Yes, with split billing on for that location. A waiter or manager moves items onto separate checks, and each check is paid on its own.
