KalasOS partner program for POS resellers and IT providers
KalasOS works with POS resellers, IT providers and hospitality consultants who set up cafés and restaurants. Partners refer venues and earn a referral fee, and resale is possible only under a separate written agreement with Trinity Technology. Apply below and we will contact you.
Who it is for
- POS resellers and hardware suppliers serving cafés and restaurants.
- IT providers who look after venue networks and devices.
- Hospitality consultants who open or turn around venues.
Partner models
- Referral: you introduce a venue, the venue signs up to KalasOS, and you earn a referral fee.
- Resale: available only under a separate written agreement with Trinity Technology. Ask us when you apply.
- White-label: not offered to partners. Premium venues can use their own branding.
What partners get
- A referral fee of 10% of the first year's plan fee for each venue you refer that moves to a paid plan.
- No partner admin access. Each venue manages its own account.
- Help with onboarding the venues you refer from the KalasOS team.

How do partners earn?
Referral partners earn 10% of the first year's plan fee for each venue they refer that moves to a paid plan. Starter is free, so referrals to Starter do not earn a fee.
Who supports the venues I bring?
Trinity Technology supports the venues you refer, using the support level of the venue's plan. You do not need to provide support, though you are welcome to help your own clients.
